With the unusual freezing weather coming our way, it's important to remember your swimming pool. It's a big investment and you need to protect it.
Here are some helpful hints:
If you have an automation system (Easy Touch, Intellitouch, or intellicenter), these systems have a built in freeze protection and will automatically turn on as needed.
If you have a stand alone Variable Speed pump without an automation system, these pumps have a built in freeze protection and will automatically turn on as needed.
Don’t be alarmed if your water features are turning on at odd hours over the weekend.
If you do not have any of these systems, you should consider running the pumps 24/7 or overnight on the nights of near freezing or freezing temperatures to prevent damage.
Freezing weather is here. Don't forget to run water through your pool pumps to avoid freezing!

The extreme weather we have been experiencing over the last few days has resulted in power outages, phone lines down, and much more. Once everything begins to thaw out, hopefully, by the end of the week, our service department will do its best to schedule and assist customers as quickly as possible. With the deep freeze and power outages we are experiencing in North Texas, it is recommended that if you are still without power as of Monday afternoon, we suggest that you turn the pool equipment off. Freezing temperatures and more snow is forecasted this week, so before we can assess the damage done to your pool equipment, things need to completely thaw, which will hopefully be by the weekend. We ask for your patience as will do our best to assist every customer as quickly as possible.
