[August 21, 2020] Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill resumed operations on Friday, May 29, 2020 in accordance with federal, state and local guidance. Over the last several months we have created and implemented protocols to clean and sanitize, and changed the formats for employee engagement and food service to ensure the safety and comfort of our team members and guests. We have implemented IHG Hotels & Resorts CleanPromise Program. When you visit us you may notice that things look a little different in the hotel – we have added floor stickers at six feet increments and clear partitions at our front desk, installed hand sanitizer throughout the building, and provided our team members with face coverings. We will also ask our guests to be mindful of the requirement in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to wear face coverings while in public and continue to be physically distanced. At this time, our pool/sports deck, fitness center and our restaurant DRAFT will remain closed, Grab & Go breakfast will be available through the front desk, additional snacks/meals will be available in our Lobby Market, and housekeeping services will be minimal for occupied rooms. All rooms will be disinfected and sanitized post checkout with an increased focus utilizing @IHG Clean Promise program. And, all paper collateral, glasses and mugs have been removed from guest rooms. For Meetings and Events: Current Guidelines allow up to 25 guests for an inside gathering (8/1,000 sq feet), and up to 50 for outside events. Please ask about using our vast parking lot for an external, physically distanced meeting or event.
