Leigh Anne has been serving Wilmington-area guests for more than 10 years in beach and downtown hotels and is excited to bring that Southern hospitality over the bridge to the Holiday Inn Express in Leland. She grew up in Pittsboro, NC and understands the importance of small town charm in a big town setting. She graduated from the UNCW English Department in 2011 and has been living in the area with her husband, two children and yellow lab Lincoln ever since. She loves cooking, Jane Austen novels and meeting anyone with a good story or two, especially dogs.

Tinisha Green is the longest tenured employee at Crown Hotel & Travel Management. She was the second person ever hired at our company in 2009 as a Front Desk Associate at the Holiday Inn Express Leland - Wilmington Area. While working the front desk, she earned her MBA and soon after was promoted to General Manager of the Property. In 2018, she moved up the ladder to become the Corporate Revenue Strategist and HOA Manager at Crown. She is a certified Revenue Manager for RoomKey, GuestPoint, Best Western, Choice, IHG, Hilton, and Wyndham.
“I love what I do at Crown as I have grown from Front Desk Agent to Front Office Manager to General Manager to Corporate Revenue Manager. All these titles have given me an opportunity to serve and give the plus one to many guests with different walks of life. Being hospitable and providing a home away from home is universal when traveling and staying at one of our hotels. I have the ability to work with not only our guests, but our staff at our hotels, as well as our many hotel owners, who knows maybe I’ll be a hotel owner one day! #twelveyearsandcounting”
