Your day to day
This important role answers calls from in-house guest in a timely and professional manner and provides guests with information on hotel facilities and services, local directions, and emergency, safety, and security procedures. You will greet new arrivals, exceed their expectations, and ensure their satisfaction..
What we need from you
Requirements include basic reading, writing, and math, customer service and telephone answering skills. Opera PMS knowledge is a plus but not required. Open availability as you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Above all, we need you to be a kind, compassionate, empathetic, honest, sincere, with a can do attitude.

Guest Service Representative
Housekeeping room attendants provide for the comfort of our guests by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented. A housekeeping room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests.
Responsibilities:
*Stock and sort supplies
*Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest
rooms
*Make beds, change sheets, remove and
replace used towels and toiletries
*Deliver and retrieve items to guests e.g.
towels/trash
*Ensure security of guest rooms and
privacy of guests
*Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as required.
