Our team may be small right now but they do the work of hundreds. We are so lucky, fortunate, blessed, and all the other words to have a team that cares so much about our guests health and comfort. Hearing the guests say how clean and tidy their rooms are always puts a smile on their faces and that shows true pride in what they do.

Gettysburg's Season of Wishes: Gettysburg’s season-long celebration featuring 2020-appropriate activities, promotions and small-town holiday charm!
After many discussions, we realized that it is NOT POSSIBLE, with current Pennsylvania COVID-19 restrictions, to host the traditional A Gettysburg Christmas Festival. (Last year's event brought about 15,000 people to town--most on just one day. Current restrictions prohibit outdoor gatherings over 250 people and include complicated restaurant restrictions. Please understand we cannot wait to see what restrictions MIGHT BE. We have to work with what is in place right now.)

SO, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? Instead of only three days, we're giving you an ENTIRE SEASON--from Black Friday through the holidays--of activities, promotions and that small-town charm you know and love! We know many of you have made Christmas in Gettysburg a tradition, and we wanted to offer something to make sure you can continue those traditions. There will be plenty to see and do, no matter when you come, during this special season!
SO IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION for certain days, THERE'S NO NEED TO CANCEL! We will be building schedules as businesses make plans for special "events" and other activities, and we will have special "virtual" events that you will be able to take advantage of according to YOUR COMFORT LEVEL--either in person or from your living room!

There are a lot of moving pieces that go into ensuring our guests feel safe, comfortable, and at home while traveling. Providing them with a spotless clean room and experience may be the most important.
Especially now, in the times we are in, health and cleanliness is so important. Our team has continued to go above and beyond for our travelers, stepping up to make sure the entire property is safe and clean. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication!

Our housekeeper, Cecilia, welcomed her second son, Noah, on December 15th. He’s 8 pound and 21” long.
