We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/ Handyman to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC work, Pool & SPA etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities
-Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
-Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
-Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
-Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
-Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
-Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
-Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
-Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
-Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed

The Laundry Attendant ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining supply of fresh linens. The Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, and folding of linens, terry and other laundry for the hotel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Transports substantial loads of wet and dry linen and terry in carts to washers and dryers
Observe machine operations and report malfunctions
Wash, dry and fold linens
Inform manager if laundry needs to be re-stocked in closets
Sort laundry when possible from laundry carts
Clean filters of dryers
Tracking of discarded linens
Required Qualifications & Skills
Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, and/or Holidays as needed
Successful completion of criminal background check

Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements
Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner
Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue
Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
Record guest preferences in the system
Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges
Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures
Issue, control and release guest safe-deposit boxes in line with hotel procedures
Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines

JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. Days will vary and weekends are required.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sorts, counts, folds, marks, and carries linens
* Cleans rooms in accordance to specific brand and company standards
* Cleans guest rooms, including guest bathrooms and kitchen area, according to company and franchise standards including, but not limited to making beds; emptying wastebaskets; moving furniture; hanging drapes; sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; and dusting furniture
* Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, writing, bathroom supplies, and linen
* Deep cleans areas as directed by supervisor including, but not limited to cleaning rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies; washing walls, ceilings, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
* Transports trash and waste to disposal area
* Replaces light bulbs
