This is in line with The American Hotel & Lodging Association’s ‘Stay Safe Guest Checklist’ and our broader cleaning enhancements to ensure a clean and healthy hotel stay. In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and per the orders of Governor Walz and IHG, the following hotel policies are in place:
Our Pool and Fitness Center are closed indefinitely.
24-hour coffee service is unavailable indefinitely. Guests may use the Keurig machines in their room. More k-cups can be provided upon request.
We will be serving a limited takeout-style breakfast that reduces points of contact for guests and staff. Any breakfast items that are not pre-packaged and individually wrapped will not be served. Dining in the Great Room will not be permitted.
If you would like limited housekeeping service during your stay, please inform the front desk.
Our hotel staff have increased our already scrupulous cleaning and sanitation efforts in order to keep guests and staff safe during this pandemic. This includes frequent sanitation of furniture, key cards, and common points of contact.
On January 31st, 2000, Asha Hassan started her first day as a housekeeper at our hotel, and today, exactly 20 years later, she begins her first day of retirement! Congratulations Asha! May your retirement bring you as much joy as you brought us and our guests these last two decades!
