On one of these lovely, fall days, we recommend a nice drive up to Cape Vincent where you can spend a leisurely afternoon visiting 'Cup of Joy' and 'The Chateau Gift Shop'. Order a delicious hot beverage and a tempting pastry at the Cup of Joy and savor its warmth and unique flavors at a picnic table on the grounds of the NYS Fisheries overlooking the St. Lawrence River and Wolf Island located just down the street. After absorbing the beauty of our majestic river, walk over to the Chateau and browse their unique line of handmade pottery items and handcrafted gift selection. If you have time left in your day, just a short drive away is the Cape Winery where you can sample any of the 12 wines that they bottle on site at $1 per tasting.
