While providing a clean, safe and comfortable room has always been our priority, it is now even more important than ever. We have implemented new standards to increase guest and team member safety. Some of these include:
• Face masks, gloves, and temperature checks for our Team Members
• Paperless Check-in and Mobile Checkout
• Front desk barriers and floor markings to practice social distancing
• Hand sanitizing stations available at key points and high traffic areas around hotel
• Increased cleaning of high touch points in the guest rooms, public spaces, and at the front desk between guests
• Only entering guest rooms to provide stay-over services once every 5 days
• Designated Clean Champion at each hotel to ensure we are staying up on ever changing protocols and leading the clean culture of the hotel
• Updated training for all associates that work in the hotel
