Of course, the safety of our team members and guests are always our highest priority. Our hotel has won awards for cleanliness from IHG every year since opening 2009. You can peruse the awards in the trophy case nearest the guest elevators. Please know that all of our team members are focusing on cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in these unprecedented times. To that end, please rest assured we are performing the following tasks:
➢ Triple sanitation of guest rooms, most notably high touch points; light switches, telephones, clock radio, faucets, door handles, peep holes, drape handles
➢ Large hand sanitizer stations at front desk, restaurant, lobby, meeting rooms, fitness center, guest laundry
➢ Television remote controls in Ziploc bags and changed upon each check-out
➢ Sanitizing of fitness center machines hourly
➢ Addition of UVGI technology Ozone Air Purifier in the fitness center, kills germs, viruses and bacteria.
➢ Elevator touch points sanitized hourly
➢ Social distancing spacing in the restaurant and patio
➢ Disposable menus
➢ Sanitizing of restaurant tables after each use
➢ State of Florida restaurant signage mandating symptom-free zone
➢ Table and bar service or food carry-out in Oasis Restaurant and Bar
➢ Dining tables on lakeside patio
➢ All team members temperature checked beginning of each week, random tests performed daily
➢ Masks worn by all team members; gloves where appropriate
➢ Portion control sanitizers in all guest rooms
➢ Vans sanitized hourly or between van runs

We would like to introduce to you Dave Myers - Director of Food and Beverage.
In his career has worked wide range of hotels across the country and brings many years of experience to the team.
Outside of work Dave enjoys wood working from making custom furniture and even cat trees/ beds. This pairs with his commitment to helping animals in need working as a foster for the local Humane Society www.gulfcoasthumanesociety.org
So far this year Dave has supported 16 kittens (Jasper, Joey, Gus, Remy, Marie, Daisy, Shelley, Cheeto, Butters, Betsey, Moira, Alexis, Ruby, Nugget, Lotus, Olive) with more to come.
