The Holiday Inn located in downtown Johnstown is in need of part time Guest Service Representative.
The main goal of the Guest Service Representative is to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort by providing courteous, efficient, and personalized services to all hotel guests. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of the reservation process by checking guests in and out of the hotel, handling payments, answering telephones, maintaining guest security at all times, and acting as a resource center for all guest requests. The Guest Service Representative serves as a positive team member with the Front Desk department and other hotel departments.
Candidates must successfully pass a criminal and pre-employment drug screen.

There is no place our team would rather be tonight other than right here celebrating with you. But this year, it isn’t in the cards.
