Ms. Combs is originally from Jones, Oklahoma. Ms. Combs received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in December of 2008. While in law school, Ms. Combs received experience from multiple legal centers, including an externship in the child support division of the Department of Human Services in Midwest City, Ok.
