You will spend a majority of your day in attics, where you'll find and seal air leaks and add insulation.
Attics are usually pretty small places, so you should be comfortable in, and able to fit in, tight spots.
You'll work with a great group of building science experts and all-around good people, who will teach you the 'how' and 'why' of making homes better.
If you're interested and show initiative, we'll help you advance within the company and industry as far as you'd like.
No experience is necessary, but you should have a work ethic and an internal desire to do your best, along with a valid driver's license.
