Governor Inslee has approved a full moving forward to Phase 2 for Snohomish County and a 1.5 Phase forward for King County. Under the Phase 2 rules that are now in effect, all construction is authorized to resume, provided that all Phase 2 construction-specific rules are followed.

Typically we’d hand deliver these notes as a proactive attempt to notify the neighbors of who is coming and going on their street.
