Requirements: Current Illinois LPN or RPN license Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience G-tube, Hi-Tech, Trach or Vent experience Private Duty or ICU experience preferred Current CPR certification Recent TB or X-ray test (within last year) Illinois Mandated Reporter Certificate Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management Physically fit to perform the job duties required for this position
