Risers are a great solution for deep covers and can set the cover at the surface or just a few inches below - so future digs are not required!
These photos show what a typical septic cover looks like. When the cover is level with or only a few inches below grade, it is easy to get to for a routine pump. Some covers are 12 inches or more below the surface. These covers require the homeowner to dig before the appointment or will require a digging fee.
