Responsibilities:
Performing a variety of home maintenance duties with complete technical and mechanical skill, including carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, tiling, power washing, and painting.
Occasionally working as a team on renovation projects, and other times working on your own.
Following company instructions & protocols.
Proactive recognition of client maintenance issues and bringing them to supervisor's attention.
Clear communication with all team members and clients.
Reliable and responsive to issues and emergency requests.
Willing to work occasional off hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) when necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or other related fields
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Ideal candidate has experience in tiling, hardwood flooring installation, roofing, and/or painting. Preference given to individuals with specialist experience in one or more areas.
Familiarity with residential systems including HVAC, generators, and septic systems.
Fluent English speaker.
Demonstrate technical competence using software and computers. It's important that you're able to learn new programs. We use computers and iPads in our work.
Own a smart phone.
Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Knowledge of Fairfield County and local suppliers.
Employment Details
Hourly to full time, salary range $20-24/hr DOE. Potential for health benefits.
