Since the car was new she did not want to see me pay for it that it should be covered. Christianna went over and behind to call corporate several times to get my car the service n parts it needed. On top of that I had an appointment in 2 hrs but when Christianna told me the car would have to stay overnight she again was in the case to secure me a honda loaner. There was none n I was getting anxious bc it was a business deal I could miss. Christianna rushed around the big complex until she got me a loaner. It was not easy n it was pressurized situation.
