Today we are updating our Phone System to better serve our patients! Please be patient with us from 12pm-12:30pm as we make the switch!
We are pleased to announce that our office is officially reopening for non-emergencies on May 18, 2020.
Our office is taking significant steps to minimize the risks of Covid-19 to our staff and to our patients. This includes staff, visitor, and patient screening, workflow changes, equipment additions, enhanced personal protective equipment requirements (including for patients), and other measures.
A few key things for patients to know:
1) You will be screened for Covid-19 both pre-appointment and the day of your appointment. Please be understanding and patient with us.
2) When you arrive at the office - please remain in your car and call us (410) 529-1401 so that we can then let you in and proceed with screening. We will be taking your temperature and also asking that you wash your hands before your appointment.
3) Please wear a mask. This is a must!
Please discuss any concerns and our process with our front desk before coming into the practice. We are sure that you will feel confident that our practice takes the safety of our staff and patients very seriously.

DEAR HONEYGO VILLAGE DENTISTRY FAMILY:
There are a limited number of reported cases of people with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Maryland as of March 12, 2020. It is important to note that at this point, Maryland residents are much more likely to become sick with a cold or the flu than to be exposed to COVID-19. Many of the precautions that help prevent other respiratory diseases, like colds and the flu, can also help keep an illness like COVID-19 from spreading:
• Frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with your sleeve or a tissue. Throw the tissue in the trash.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
In addition, please be advised of the following:
1) Our office follows the highest level of OSHA and Infection Control.
2) All staff have paid sick leave and are encouraged to use it as needed.
3) We clean the reception area touchpoints 4x daily in addition to our normal cleaning routine.
4) Every patient is requested to reschedule if experiencing any respiratory sickness or knows they are at particular risk of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We are temporarily waiving our broken appointment fee in the case of illness, but hope that our patients provide as much notice as possible.
We understand that this virus is creating worry and anxiety for many families, but please be assured that we are doing everything possible to keep our patients and staff safe!
