AND THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE SIGNED OFF ON WITNESS DEATH WARRANT. The real question is how did these Philadelphia detectives find out that Facebook investigative news reporter Andre Boyer was going to testify at a secret Location. The very next day against one of their own high ranking Police inspectors. Who leaked the information exposing Boyer identity and Location put a DA witness life in danger. This violates every rule who’s protecting the witness in this case. Sources state the DA Prosecutor Trippin wanted information that Boyer had in his iPhone and gave up his Location to detectives. But only if the detectives confiscated his iPhone and clone all the information on we both want to know who are his sources in the Philadelphia Police Department leaking him information. Sources stated she said she would get the search warrant approved once affidavit was sent to her office and Magistrate Kevin Devlin would sign off on the search warrant. Next day at this secret location just moments before Boyer was set to walking inside and testify expose this Top Philadelphia Police Inspector to a jury. He was immediately arrested outside and his cell phone was taken away and confiscated as evidence. But Boyer’s ordeal was not over yet after he was falsely arrested and thrown in jail. The 8 white Philly detectives and homeland security Lieutenant long didn’t stop their even after the fabricated arrest affidavit. These cops began their intimidate of a DA witness to discourage him from testifying against their Boss and exposing other dirty corrupt cops. The District Attorneys office not only failed to protect a witness from retaliation and bodily harm threats to his life. But also assistance in identifying a secret witness identity and helped confiscated witness IPhone. Two Philadelphia police officers came forward and sign an affidavit stating that Boyer’s drivers License was sent throughout the city to other cops. This was confirm these cops did in fact put a hit out on Boyer Life to keep him from testifying. DA Larry Krasner and failed to protect a witness and there may even be evidence that Krasner sign off on the arrest. In order for his office to gain access to Boyer’s iPhone to see who his Confidential informant were to help them prosecute the inspector involved in Boyer’s testimony. If this is true then not only did Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner violate a secret witness Constitutional civil rights. but also placed his life in danger. And violated his oath of office which he vow to protect the public and witnesses from intimidation when testifying in criminal cases against corruption. These Philadelphia Police Detectives have been place under investigation and there weapons taken pending investigation. However Boyer states that these Philadelphia cops have threatened his life after being place under investigation and sent threats to and intimidation letters to his business and other people that know him. Boyer fears they are now going to Assassinate him and kill him before he could ever testify. After all that’s the new thing now white cops killing black men and walking free. But even with that said he’s on his own because he can’t even trust the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office now. His only life line is the DOJ if he doesn’t get killed first. What kind of justice system do we have in Philadelphia. When the District Attorney’s office protects 8 white privileged Detectives and one Lieutenant who broke the Law to go after a black man for exposing Police corruption within the Philadelphia Police Departmant. Officers involved guns have been taken by Commissioner Outlaw and the incident is under investigation by the Department to see if their was probable cause for this DA witness to be arrested in the first place. Boyer was attacked and arrested by Police at a secret location just moments before he was set to testify against a Top Philly Staff Inspector for police corruption. These officer relentless pursuit didn’t stop after arresting Boyer. They need to know what was on his cell phone so they reach out to Magistrate Kevin Devlin at CJC who sign off on an affidavit for a fabricated search warrant to confiscate Boyer’s Iphone.  They needed Boyers sources and Police confidential informant that we’re Leaking Departmental documents and information to Boyer. Officers then took a photo of Boyer’s Drivers License and email it to other cops throughout the city. They clearly did not want Boyer to testify and was will to do whatever it takes. They wanted more than to just intimidate him from testifying. They wanted this DA witness dead and put a contract hit out on his life. After all white cops have been getting away with killing Blacks for centuries why should now be any different.  The District Attorney’s office signed off on this case without even bearing eyelash. What kind of justice system is this.  Is DA Krasner playing both sides of the fence did he forget his oath of office to serve and protect witness who are exposing corruption. Or is he just another DA Seth Williams with no moral compass to do the right thing. these cops should all be arrested and charges. But as you see in the news white privileged cops away walk free.
