The staff at Hooten Automotive is taking extra precautions to ensure that our customers' health and well-being is our primary concern. We are adopting new procedures that start with screening staff each morning prior to work to ensure they are healthy. We have sanitized our shop and will continue to sanitize our service areas and any touch points we may have on a customer's vehicle, this includes keys, steering wheels, switches, controls and handles.
Although we are confident our waiting area is clean, customers will not be able to remain in the lobby during repairs and/or services. Please allow only one customer in the lobby during check-out. We also kindly ask if you are exhibiting any symptoms, please do not enter the shop lobby. We encourage customers to take advantage of our Free local shuttle service. If needed, we can pick-up and deliver your vehicle from your home or workplace. We also have a convenient touch-free key drop-off option.
