Good morning! Just an update after the recent State of AL shelter in place order which was put in place starting today at 5pm. The order by our Governor indicates that plumbing is an essential business. (section 2, sub N) We are open for business. We can customize our residential calls to a no-contact visit for you. We want our customers to feel safe! Call us at 205-822-7286
I just posted a statement about our efforts to make sure a Hoover Plumbing visit to your home is a safe and healthy one. We are open for business! Plumbing services are critical to the health and welfare of our community. We don't take that responsibility lightly. If you have a plumbing need, we can help. If you have a special request related to the health of your family, please let us know how we can customize our service call to your needs. 205-822-7286
We are working to uphold and enhance our already strict cleaning and disinfecting measures to ensure the safest possible work environment. Additionally, we’re following CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines designed to stop the spread of the virus, including:
-Wearing personal protective equipment
-Eliminating physical contact, including handshakes. We’ll use only non-contact methods of greeting
-Maintaining effective social distancing when possible
-Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds at every opportunity
-Using hand sanitizer
-Using disinfectant products to ensure touchpoints are clean in workspaces, vehicles, and on equipment
-We can also avoid any direct contact by speaking with you on the phone while at your residence.
Please let us know if you have any special requests, and we will work to make sure we can keep our relationship going strong throughout this difficult time. We are all in this together!
With very cold weather coming at the end of the weekend, a little prep is in order. Check outside faucets for a cutoff or insulation. Keep the heat on in parts of the house not normally occupied. Call us if we can help!
