Jennifer E. Jones, a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland, Ontario, Canada, has been nominated to become Rotary International’s president for 2022-23, a selection that will make her the first woman to hold that office in the organization’s 115-year history.
A current Rotary Foundation trustee, Jones has been a member since 1997 and has served Rotary as vice president, director, training leader, committee chair, moderator, and district governor. Read more on the nomination: https://on.rotary.org/2DDj58H

Wheelchairs Arrived in Mexicali
FINALLY! After nearly 3 long years our Wheelchairs arrived in Mexicali.
At this time, the 240 wheelchairs are being stored in a Rotarians warehouse in Mexicali until we are cleared to travel and assemble in large groups for distribution which may take place sometime in September. We will keep you and other clubs and members of District 5300 who supported our international project financially.

Stocking for the Troops
Covina Sunrise Rotary prepared 144 Stockings for troops stationed overseas to be received in time for Christmas. The stockings were filled with socks, beanies, gloves, candy, beef jerky, gum, chips, soup, Nutrigrain bars, cookies and hand sanitizers, The soldiers stationed in South Korea were very appreciate as can be seen in the below photos.
