Tim is greatly deserving of this award as he does so much behind the scenes to make sure that our PM Restaurant shifts and dinner events run smoothly. He is constantly coming up with new recipes, ideas, and methods to help the Madison Bar and Bistro be as efficient as it can be. He is always looking for ways to learn more about the property so that he can help. Even though Tim's job is in the back of house he is great with guest engagement, making sure many patrons are enjoying their food and conversing with regulars. Tim's upbeat attitude and friendliness make him an ideal team member.
