A good houseman can keep a guest happy, but a Hotel Indigo Traverse City houseman can do so much more. To thrive in this position, you should have a strong understanding of customer service. Hotel Indigo Traverse City has a fast-paced environment, so a dynamic personality and the ability to maintain your composure in stressful situations are a must. The housekeeping department is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cleanliness for guests. This position is responsible for guest requests and deliveries, stripping sheets, towels, and garbage from guests rooms. Re-stocking inventory. Maintaining cleanliness throughout back of the house and exterior corridors and public spaces. Must be able to follow directions of Executive Housekeeper and maintain a fast pace through out the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The housekeeping department is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cleanliness for guests. Compensation is $12.00 per hour. The shift is 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, full-time, five days a week.
