Today we recognize Hotel Retlaw in Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership as a Best Interior Renovation. In 2016, Legendary Hotels purchased the historic Hotel Retlaw at auction. Three years and $26 million later, the downtown hotel has been restored to its former glory, offering 121 luxury guest rooms which hopefully many of you are experiencing tonight along with a full complement of event spaces, and amenities including a caf茅, wine bar, salon, spa and rooftop patio. The project was a community effort, utilizing a CDI grant from WEDC and TIF funds from the City along with historic tax credits and PACE funding. The project has not only provided quality lodging options for downtown Fond du Lac visitors, but it has also spurred renovations of several nearby properties, further contributing to the vitality of downtown.

Best exterior fa莽ade renovation completed for over $25,000 went to Sam Meyer and 18 Hands Ale Haus and business/building owner that completed an outstanding renovation to the interior of their building for over $50,000 went to Hotel Retlaw
