House Doctor is the best! The first time I used them was for a tick infestation and they wiped it out, in my opinion, very inexpensively. Then, when I was selling my house recently, I needed a termite treatment done and they came right out the next day. Excellent communication, super nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and great prices. Highly recommend!
Look out people here they come. Subterranean termites are on the prowl.
Please be careful people. Termites especially Subterranean termites shown below in Arizona are extremely stealthy as you can see by the customers comment and picture below these little guys are real tricky. Just because you don't see the active termites inside there shelter tubes does not mean they are not there.
They are hyper sensitive and can actually feel the vibration of you walking up to the shelter tube so by the time the tunnel is opened they can appear to not be there.
The only way to be safe is unless your property has been treated and is under warranty with us or someone else is to treat your home. It's always better to take the better safe then sorry approach when dealing with termites.

Called House doctor exterminating based on good yelp reviews. Everyone I was in contact with from the phones making an appointment to the service guys that came out were courteous and professional. I had termite service as well as general pest control from this company. Would recommend.

I called the right people and I'm satisfied. I don't have time to type the whole story of the mass cinch/sinch bug infestation I encountered and how they covered my entire patio, brick wall and exterior home walls and working their way into my home via doors seems and dog door but in short just 24hrs after they sprayed they are virtually all gone. Now it's just a few bugs which I and my dog can handle.
Being in this home during covid-19 working from home all day and being forced to walk my dog several times a day was STRESSFUL I was losing my mind. On the phone immediately they were SUPER friendly. I sent them photos of the infestation. I've lived in Arizona for 47 years and I've never encountered this bug. They let me know what it was instantly. They had someone over in a couple of hours. He let me know the source that it was my neighbors yard of weed overgrowth. He sprayed two chemicals. Kept my dog away from it for 24hrs just to be on the safe side. Life feels back to normal. Thank you!!! I can sleep in peace.
Well this April is House Doctor Exterminating’s 13-year anniversary and I’ve been hard pressed coming up with something positive to say especially during this epidemic. My heart hurts so much with all the people dying all over our world. I can’t even imagine the pain people are going through losing loved ones and having to struggle financially without any work. Me and my wife Tracy’s heart goes out to all of you.
I had to dig real deep within myself to figure out want to say and write about this year. Then it dawned on me that we are blessed and it’s not even because of money. It’s because of all the love and support we have received this year from our loved one’s along with our customers and friends checking in on us. Our office phone has been ringing off the hook our cell phones have been ringing and digging all day and night from people just checking in to see if we and our company are doing okay.
I can’t tell how much that blesses me and my wife. The love from our customers this year is a loud and clear message of job well done. Letting us know that even though they may not be able afford service at this time they will be calling once everything settles down. They also know that if they call us, we will give them a compassionate ear to really hear and care about what they have to say.
Thank you everyone for the 13 wonderful years of allowing our company to serve you. We look forward too many more wonderful years to follow. Our love and prayers go out to all of you. Stay safe, healthy and strong we will get through this together and make it through even stronger together.
