Houston Grass sells the best quality turfgrass sod at the lowest prices in Houston! All of our sod comes from our family farm in Bay City, TX, and we've been growing top quality grass there since 1981. We sell two varieties of St. Augustine sod, two varieties of Bermuda grass sod, and three varieties of Zoysia sod. Our customers are always very pleased with the sod they receive.
We sell our Raleigh St. Augustine sod by the piece, the pallet or half pallet and we sell all other types of sod by the pallet. A piece of sod is 16 inches by 24 inches and a pallet covers 450 square feet. If you need help estimating the amount of sod you need for your project, please call us and we'll be happy to discuss the varieties of sod that will work best for you and your options for completing the project.
You can pick up sod at our office in Arcola, TX, just off Highway 6, or we will deliver the sod to your project location. If you need help removing your old grass or help installing the new sod, we can do that too. Please call us to visit about your requirements.
If you'd like to pick up grass sod at our office, please call first. In the heat of the Houston summer, we don't keep large quantities of grass at the office. Our truck delivers grass to the office early in the week and it's often gone by mid-week. Call us at 281-431-7441 and we'll have your grass at the office when you're ready to pick it up.
