Litigation Practice Group Co-chair, Samuel H. Simon, along with Robert Ralston and Erik Bergenthal received a successful ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for Carload Express, Inc. In its decision, the Supreme Court applied longstanding common-law voting rules to the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act, which governs more than 2600 municipal authorities around the Commonwealth.
