- Keep rodenticides out of paws' reach. These baits are highly toxic to dogs and cats.
- Keep pets away from wild mushrooms.
- Clean up any spilled antifreeze, highly toxic even in small doses. Its sweet smell is appealing to pets.
- In many areas, ticks are most active in fall. Clear your yard of fallen leaves and debris, and talk to us about tick protection.

Even though we don't have a picture of her, Megan is one of our Best Technicians, so great in fact, that she is our current Head Technician at the clinic.
Megan is smart, witty, takes control and leads her staff in truly caring and nurturing our patients.
Her medical background ranges from taking care of hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and birds to nursing puppies and kittens in an ICU environment and bringing them back to their spunky life!
She is goal driven and does not relent until every possible avenue has been taken to save a life! She is an integral part of our team and we are extremely fortunate to have her on board with us!

Nicole came to us as a quiet and reserved young lady who, after a couple of years, showed such growth and responsibility that it was impossible for her not to be trained to become a Technician!
Her drive and ambition pushed through the quietness and she is currently pursuing her degree in Veterinary Medicine as well!
She is well poised, strong, enthusiastic and definitely a team player.
