It is very easy to sign up and it allows you to:
Check your balance, Pay on account
Check for upcoming appointments Request an appointment
Go to the Patient Portal website: http:/yourdentistoffice.com
click on SIGN UP link and enter the email address you gave the office
Press enter and wait for an email from noreply@yourdentistoffice.com which will have a temporary password. Go back to the portal and re-sign in.
