At his orthopedic practices on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and in Manhasset, New York, Dr. Rose uses the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques, for hip and knee replacements. He also uses advanced techniques for athletic injuries.
In addition to his clinic work, Dr. Rose is an assistant attending orthopedic surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery and serves as an assistant clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. He was previously the assistant team physician for Harvard University Athletics, the Long Island Rough Riders professional soccer club, and Brooklyn College.
Dr. Rose graduated cum laude from Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. Dr. Rose went on to complete his surgical internship at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and his orthopedic residency at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
For his fellowship training in sports medicine and adult reconstruction/joint replacement, Dr. Rose attended Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School’s teaching hospital, in Boston.
