Say Hi and Welcome Dave Zimmerman our New HTC Leasing Manager! We are excited to have Dave Join the Team. Dave is a local fella from Perry and now lives in Topeka with his soon to be Bride Brenna 2 dogs and 2 cats! When he isn't taking care of customers, dogs, cats and or spending time at Home, you just might find him fishing, hunting, blacksmithing or relaxing.
A former Boy Scout Executive serving the 5 county area, Dave is eager to help our local farmer, or anyone (company) needing to stay moving and getting the job done.
Dave will and keep you going the extra mile!
All of us here at Hoyt's Truck Center would like to thank our customers for their support through a trying 2020. Even though these are difficult times in our country, we will do what we always do in the face of adversity, which is persevere together. We stopped by to visit the incredible crew at Hoyt's Truck Center and brought them lunch to thank them for the tireless work they do to keep our fleet operating smoothly! The ideal candidate for the Diesel Technician position is a dedicated and driven person who has a passion for the truck repair and transportation industry. This person possesses excellent time management skills, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Expectations:
- Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and general repairs to DOT and Hoyt’s Truck Center standards
- Knowledge of Diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, transmissions, tools and equipment required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to continue learning
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and diesel engine diagnostic software
- Represent Hoyt’s Truck Center respectfully and ethically with current and potential customers within the community
