About

John M. Lozano founded HP Homestead Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (“Homestead”) in 1997 in Vineland, New Jersey, initially as a Sole Proprietorship and subsequently was incorporated as an “S” Corporation in 2000. Operating as an “open shop”, Homestead local plumbing services the needs of commercial, residential and industrial customers in southern New Jersey, including Vineland, Millville and Buena. It undertakes plumbing contracts in the construction and renovation of various offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the State of New Jersey as well as of the city, municipality and county governments of southern New Jersey, comprising 60% of its business. Homestead has Ten full-time plumbers. It also has a plumber apprenticeship program wherein the apprentices receive regular pay during the on-the-job training and have full tuition assistance for the academic requirements to meet plumber licensing requirements. Homestead believes in contributing to the development of human capital in the communities where it serves.

Over the past fourteen years, Homestead has grown from a “garage shop” to a successful enterprise with a 5,000-square-foot office and shop facility, equipped with modern infrastructure to support its field operations. It employs modern methods of project management to track, control and manage daily operations in job sites. It offers its plumbers and employees two concurrent incentive plans directly related to employees’ job performance in the field, resulting in employees’ high morale and motivation to do quality work in a timely manner.

East Point Lighthouse 16 April at 18:31 · Well ... not only was it a beautiful day at East Point Lighthouse but the good news is ... water pump #1 in the lighthouse basement is fine ... seems a float just got temporarily stuck & kept the pump running. Big thanks to John from HomeStead for his quick & great service! The bad news is ... well ... big thanks goes again to the Heislerville Volunteer Fire Company Crew who got called as if there was a fire ... false alarm ... again 😫... so ... seems there's also a problem with the alarm ... BIG BIG BIG thanks to the Heislerville Fire Company for their faithful service!!! Call into the alarm service department now ...
Mike Testa 31 May 2019 at 15:43 · Last week, my opponent, Bob Andrzejczak renewed his EMPTY promise to extend Route 55 to Cape May County—a promise that has been in the making for the past 18 YEARS. The initial plan to extend Route 55 would have provided economic development, an accessible pathway to the shore, and most importantly, an evacuation route for the families of Cape May County in case of an emergency. How many election years in a row can Democrats like Bob Andrzejczak promise a fix to Route 55 WITHOUT delivering? It's insulting to #SouthJersey voters. Bob has been SILENT and has supported the radical Left, while Governor Murphy has pillaged funding for veterans to fund his illegal immigrant tuition scheme. Let’s leave the Democratic lies and broken promises behind us and instead, elect Republican leaders for our state. I hope to earn your vote.
