Dear HPM Customers,
We have been informed that an HPM Kona lumberyard team member has tested positive for COVID-19. The team member is asymptomatic and sought testing after a personal friend outside of HPM tested positive.
The team member was last at work on Monday, Sept. 21, and was also briefly at the Kona branch on Friday, Sept. 25. They wore a face covering and did not have close contact with customers (within 6 feet for 15+ minutes).
The team member is in quarantine. The Kona branch continues to be professionally cleaned daily, and the impacted areas have been professionally disinfected. The Kona store remains open for business.
We care deeply about our customers and our team members, and we are continuing to practice health and safety measures across all of our stores and locations. Mahalo to all who continue to wear masks, wash hands, and social distance to keep our community safe.
