Dr. Erik W. Hrabowy, DDS, MS earned his dental degree in 1986 and
certificate in Orthodontics in 1993 at The Ohio State University
(Columbus Ohio). He completed a General Practice Residency at the U.S.
Air Force Medical Center Wright-Patterson during 1986-1987. Dr. Hrabowy
served in the Air Force from 1986-1990 as a Captain in the Dental Corp
before returning to Ohio State for an additional 3 years to specialize
in orthodontics. He was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental
Honor Society in 1986. Dr. Hrabowy is currently a member of the American
Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Columbus Dental Society,
American Association of Orthodontics, Great Lakes Association of
Orthodontics and the Ohio State Orthodontic Alumni Association. Dr.
Hrabowy served as the Orthodontic Council Member of the Ohio Dental
Association Council on Dental Specialty Groups during 2002-2006. He is
currently serving on the board of the Ohio State University Orthodontic
Alumni Association. Dr. Hrabowy has been practicing orthodontics in
Columbus since 1990. He keeps up to date on the latest
technology and is an Invisalign Certified Provider. His philosophy is
that it is most advantageous to begin corrective orthodontic treatment
before harmful dental developments become serious problems. Dr. Hrabowy
enjoys the creation of beautiful smiles and the resulting improved
self-esteem and self-confidence that develops with their dazzling
