hrQ, formerly HR Search Firm was founded in 1998, by Molly McCoy. While working as an HR Director for a Fortune 500 organization and pursuing a master’s degree, Molly developed a business plan as part of her master's program coursework. Full story.

2007 - Opened Houston Office
2008 - Opened San Francisco Bay Area Office
2009 - Changed name from HR Search Firm to hrQ
2009 - Opened Austin Office
2010 - Opened Dallas Office
