Does Drinking Soda Cause Gas? (http://ow.ly/LIiN30ohJaN) When people feel gassy, it is often because of something they recently ate - or drank. Some people wonder if gas can be caused by drinking soda. In short, yes. Soda is carbonated, which can lead you to feel bloated and gassy. Diet sodas are made with artificial sweeteners rather than sugar, which also impacts your body’s health and can make you feel gassy. If you are drinking soda from a straw or a can, you might be taking in more air with each sip, which can also lead to gassy feelings. #soda #gas #indigestion LIVESTRONG.COM Can Drinking Diet Soda Give You Gas? | Livestrong.com

Hemorrhoid Treatment (http://ow.ly/kQjZ30ohJaG) When it comes to hemorrhoids, you should always go to a specialist such as a gastroenterologist who can help you manage symptoms and get to the source of the problem. However, once you go home, there are things you can do to help relieve mild swelling. For example, don't use dry toilet paper as this can irritate the area and use wet wipes instead. Eat high fiber foods, more fruits, and vegetables as this will both soften stool and increase its bulk. #hemorrhoid #gastroenterologist #newyorkcity
