Human Performance Centers has been proudly serving Oklahoma communities since 1999. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and skilled outpatient physical therapy services to enhance the quality of life and functional independence for each patient. We tailor home therapeutic exercise programs to complement the patients therapy sessions and maintain their achievements, allowing a life of healthy activity. We are committed to working with the patient, physician, and other members of the health care team to develop specific treatment plans to assist the patient in achieving their goals.
