Back in 1990 I picked up this 1984 FXRT. It was the touring model of the FXR. It was a root beer brown color then and damn, it was one ugly bike. I named it the "Ugly-Glide". It was ugly but it was one wheelie popping fun bike. It was also the best handling bike I had ever rode. Years later I sold the bike to Pat Izzo who rode it for a few years and then parked it. Its been sitting in a barn out in Onondaga for the past 15 years since. Then I got a call to see if I was interested in getting it back. So here it sets still ugly and a little dirty but damn I've got some good stories and memories on this bike. "Life is a circle, the Ugly-Glide is down but not out". Pat Izzo. Thanks Pat.....Mark
