* Quote, Present and Sell insurance policies
* Strategically manage a sales pipeline to ensure maximum close rate
* Resolve client inquiries
* Build rapport with clients to gain referrals
* Have a great attitude and outgoing personality
* Work well with peers
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Must have ability to close deals
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be self-motivated, reliable, and have a positive attitude
* Basic computer skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
*Valid Property & Casualty license a plus but not required (willing to do a pay to study for the right person)
