Hyde Title Co. has determined that under the CISA guidelines, we are an Essential Business providing Consumer access to lending services. Therefore, we will remain open during the Governor declared "Stay at Home" order and are available to close your real estate transactions.
In order to protect not only our staff, but also our customers, we have amended our policy for closings. We are doing the following:
- Wiping down our closing room tables, door handles, and chairs after each closing.
- Using new pens for each closing
- Providing hand sanitizer throughout the office.
- Providing separate closing room and signing times for buyers and sellers
- Requesting non-signing parties to refrain from coming to the office.
- Limiting parties in our office at one time to fewer than 10
- Directing Employees with symptoms to remain at home.
We will provide additional information to all parties of each transaction prior to closing.
