Feeling a little nostalgic today. Came across some real throwbacks from the years. It’s insane to see how much this brewery has transformed since we first opened. The amount of love & support from our Hyperion community has allowed us to continue to update our space from once a slightly barren spot with a limited menu to a really unique, local brewpub with murals on the walls inside and out, bright beer menu signs, reverse osmosis water system for brewing, a gorgeous beer garden and patio, a delicious new food menu curated by a local chef and friend @chefesteban_ and most importantly a robust, delicious, and at times totally weird line up of craft beer. The new and old faces we have seen loving on the beer, food and the space has made 2020 bearable for us. Yesterday our team finalized our 2021 planning and all of us are so thankful for where we’ve been, how we got here and where we’re headed cause we have some awesome stuff planned coming soon.
