At Hyte, our community is comprised of people from all walks of life with a shared goal of being fit and healthy. Our mission is to help our members achieve their goals through the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity.
Our mission is to create a fit and healthy community by providing quality coaching and programming and meeting the unique needs of every individual. Our coaches are passionate and knowledgeable. Our staff will help you reach your health and fitness goals. We offer 8-10 classes per weekday, 2 classes on Saturday and 2 on Sunday and open gym hours daily.
