WHAT: We cleanup & restore properties from Water, Fire, Mold and other damages. Our Mitigation crews are THE FIRST RESPONDERS and BECOME HERO's When disaster strikes! This team of mitigation professionals responds and is in a hurry to help to make the situation better!
Required Competencies:
_must be able to rotate into the on call schedule
-Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
-Problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Physically able to lift 80lbs 50 yards without break. OR 50lbs overhead.
-Solid communication skills: the ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the Jobsite.
-Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments
-Safety first focused. Must follow safety procedures at all times.
-Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
-Ability to pass a background check.
-Willing to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
-Must be able to use company provided mobile phone app software for day to day updating and use.
