This weather is crazy! What is going on where YOU are?
Once your power comes back on, your thermostat may need to be reset. The instructions should be on the screen, but normally it is to set the date and time.
We are fielding lots of calls about gas furnaces. Sadly, your gas furnace must have electricity to operate. We are struggling with phone/cell service as well, but are getting to your calls as quickly as we can.
James and his guys are out on the roads getting to as many of you as safely possible. Thank you for your patience!
