Fun Facts Friday! When we surveyed 1,300 Ideal Option patients who have been with Ideal Option for 6 months or more, 95% reported no visits to the ER for drug-related medical care since starting treatment.
One year ago, Ideal Option launched a virtual clinic allowing patients to see their providers from home and reduce their exposure to COVID-19. The telemedicine appointments provided both accountability and human interaction, a combination that saved many of our patients from relapsing during the pandemic. Today, we are happy to be seeing most of our patients back in our clinics with protocols in place to keep everyone safe.
