Breadless Stuffing
Serves 4 (approx. 8 IP cups of veggies per recipe, approx. 2 IP cups per serving)
Ingredients
1 medium sized head cauliflower (approx. 2 lbs), cut into small florets
1/2 lb Crimini (brown) mushrooms, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup leek, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 tsp fresh sage, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
1 1/4 tsp fresh thyme, minced
1 tsp fresh marjoram, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided*
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Note: IP approved non-stick spray can be substituted as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 425ºF
Spread cauliflower florets onto a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with
salt and pepper, toss to coat evenly, place into preheated oven for 15 minutes, without
stirring.
After the 15 minutes, add the diced mushrooms to the cauliflower, stir to distribute
evenly, and roast for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the cauliflower and mushrooms are roasting, heat remaining 1 tbsp olive oil over
medium heat, add celery and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add the
leek and garlic, sautéing for another 10 minutes, again, stirring frequently (add a little
extra olive oil, non-stick spray, or a tbsp of chicken broth if veggies are too dry). Next,
stir in fresh herbs and cook for and additional 1 minute.
Once cauliflower and mushroom mixture is done roasting, add to the sautéed
vegetables, combine well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

ASPARAGUS SALSA/GUACAMOLE SUBSTITUTE
12 spears cooked asparagus chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 can jalapenos
1/2 C. onion (sweet)
dash nutmeg
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 lemon squeezed
salt pepper
blend or puree to desired consistency

EGG ROLL IN A BOWL!!!!!!!!
Ingredients-serves 2
• 1 lb pork tenderloin ground
• 4 cups savoy cabbage shredded
• 4 teaspoons olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• 1/4 cup scallion sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ground to taste
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Frank's hot sauce to taste
• 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
2. Sauté the garlic and scallions.
3. Add ground pork, ground ginger, sea salt, black pepper and hot sauce. Sauté until pork is cooked.
4. Add cabbage, soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender.
5. Top with scallions and serve!

SALMON & CAULI RICE BOWL
in a pan over med. heat cook salmon for approx 4-5 min per side, salt, and pepper each side, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over. remove from pan and add 1 tsp of olive oil and saute 1/2 cup of peppers and 1/2 cup of bok choy until tender, remove and set aside with salmon.
In a pan add 1 tbsp of brags aminos
1/2 cup of chicken stock
1/2 tsp paprika
1 clove of garlic through a press
1/2 tsp of ginger minced
1 tsp of lemon zest
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
Heat through until bubbling add veggies back in until heated through, place 1 cup of cauli rice in a bowl with salmon and pour veggies and sauce over top. serve immediately.

OATMEAL COOKIES
2 IP Servings
1 packet IP Oatmeal
1 packet IP butterscotch or chocolate pudding packet
1 tsp Splenda or Stevia
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
A sprinkle of cinnamon to taste • just enough water to get a cookie dough texture
Combine dry ingredients, and then add the last 3 liquid ingredients to reach a cookie dough texture. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam Olive Oil and bake 10 cookies at 325 degrees.

Wildberry Muffins
Ingredients:
1 Package of Ideal Protein Crispy Cereal
1 Package of Ideal Protein Wildberry Yogurt Drink Mix
2 Egg Whites, beaten slightly
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Splenda/Stevia
4 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Teas of Baking Powder
3 Tablespoons of Water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a standard sized muffin tin with olive oil spray.
- Before opening packet, crush IP Crispy Cereal until fine (powder consistency.)

LASAGNA SOUP
Crock Pot or Stock Pot
Ingredients:
1lb. of extra lean beef 4 tsp Olive Oil
4 garlic Cloves minced. 1 tsp salt and mor to taste.
1 tsp pepper and more to taste. 2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried oregano 4 tbsp of fresh basil
8 cups sugar free, carb free beef broth
½ cup tomato paste
1.5 cups tomato sauce
2 cups diced tomatoes with liquid
1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
½ cup diced green onions
2 cups fresh baby spinach
Method:
In a large skillet add olive oil, green onion and garlic, Cook until garlic is fragrant, now add extra lean ground beef and cook until well browned. You will need to stir and break up the beef while cooking. Drain off excess fat after beef is browned. Transfer beef to either a crock pot or stock pot. Add in beef broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and mushrooms. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and basil stir well and cook on low in crock pot and low simmer in stock pot. 15 minutes before you are ready to serve stir in the fresh spinach, and test taste to see if you need to add additional seasoning to suit your taste. Divide this recipe into 8 servings each serving contains 4 oz of protein and 2 cups of vegetables, garnish with fresh basil.
Phase 1: Soak Mac and Cheese noodles until al dente drain and add to 1 serving of soup, add in the cheese powder and stir well. Or you may use IP rotini noodles.

YELLOW FIN CITRUS CAULI RICE BOWL
Pan fry 8 oz. of yellowfin tuna, add a bit of pepper, fresh lemon juice, and a light brush of dijon mustard. Pan-fry, grill, or bake, 5 minutes per side and set aside.
Saute 1 cup of green beans until tender, remove from pan, and set aside. In a pan over low/med heat in this order add:
2 tsp of olive oil
1 clove of garlic through press saute garlic until fragrant,
Add:
1 tbsp of braggs Aminos
1tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp minced lemon zest
2 tbsp of water
once heated through place beans in the mixture, and tuna remove from heat and assemble over 1 cup of cauliflower rice, remove all sauce from the pan with a spatula over tuna.

Chocolate Raspberry Dessert

1 Ideal Protein Chocolate Chip Pancake
1 Ideal Protein Raspberry Jello
Pour 1-2 ounces of cold water into shaker. Add pancake mix and shake vigorously until smooth. Bake in a muffin pan for 10 minutes or microwave in a microwave-safe cup for 30 seconds. Remove and let cool. Poke holes in cake with a fork. Next pour the jello into the holes. Place in the refrigerator until set. Note that this makes 2 non-restricted servings

‘Faux’ Cinnamon Baked Apples
Use as part of your 2 cups veggies
Zucchini
Walden apple butter
Allspice
Cinnamon
Lemon juice
Cut several zucchini lengthwise. Peel if you prefer, if not call it ‘Granny Smith cinnamon baked apples. Cut it crosswise into ‘apple slices’. Seed if needed on larger zucchinis. Put in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice, stir in several large spoonfuls of Walden Farms Apple Butter, and allspice seasoning. Mix and spread out in a baking dish with some 0 cal Pam, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with Walden caramel syrup if you like, you can even put a little into the mix or not. You will bake in oven at 350* for up to 30 minutes or until ‘apples’ are at desired tenderness. Sprinkle with cinnamon when done baking if desired. Enjoy!! You might want to let it sit a bit to let the juices thicken. It’s an experiment; make it to suit your taste!! I had it re-heated the morning after so it had time to marinate a bit and was less juicy, it was amazing!! It lasted for a couple weeks in Tupperware.
