Welcome to IHA Chelsea Primary Care (formerly IHA Chelsea Family & Internal Medicine)!
IHA Chelsea Primary Care is dedicated to serving the Chelsea community and surrounding area. We provide local care at St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea and tertiary care in Ann Arbor. Our providers and staff are dedicated to providing award-winning medical care with academic excellence using practical personal skills.
We offer extended hours to better serve your health care needs and same-day sick appointments to new and established patients.
a. IHA Chelsea Primary Care has been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
As a practice we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
