Illinois Gastroenterology Group was formed with the merger of Elgin Gastroenterology, Lake Shore Gastroenterology, Northwest Gastroenterologists, Midwest Center for Digestive Health, Gastrointestinal Health Associates of Geneva, and North Shore Gastroenterology. This merger created the largest group of specialty gastrointestinal providers in Illinois with over 40 highly skilled gastroenterologists and many with national expertise.
